サーバーサイドエンジニア【地方からのリモート勤務可/教育向け自社サービス】

【仕事内容】

190万台のデバイスを支える自社プロダクト「mobiconnect」のバックエンド開発チームにて、ご経験やスキルに応じた業務をお任せします。

【具体的な業務内容】

・Apple(WWDC), Google(I/O)等の発表に対応した、最新OS・デバイス向け新機能の設計・開発

・Microsoftの各種サービス(Entra ID等)と連携した認証・セキュリティ機能の強化

・Java (Spring) を用いた新機能のAPI設計・開発(生成AI活用や外部サービス連携など)

・Ruby(Ruby on Rails)を使ったWeb UIの設計と開発

・大規模トラフィックを捌くためのパフォーマンスチューニング、ボトルネックの特定と解消

・プロダクトの安定性と拡張性を高めるアーキテクチャの改善・刷新提案

・チームの生産性向上を目的とした開発プロセスの改善提案・実行

・コードレビューや毎週の技術共有会を通じた、チーム全体の技術力向上への貢献

【入社後のキャリアステップ例】

・1st Step: まずはバグ修正や小規模な機能改修を通じて、MDMのドメイン知識とプロダクト全体のアーキテクチャをキャッチアップします。

・2nd Step: 既存機能の改善やリファクタリングを主導し、コード品質やパフォーマンスの向上に貢献。チームの開発プロセスにも積極的に意見を発信していただきます。

・3rd Step: チームの中心メンバーとして、新機能の要件定義・設計から開発・リリースまでを牽引。将来的には、チームを牽引するテックリードとして、技術選定やアーキテクチャ設計など、プロダクトの根幹を担う役割を期待しています。

【応募資格】

Java(Spring/Spring Boot)を用いたWebアプリケーションの設計・開発経験(3年以上)

島根や福岡、大阪などから勤務されている方もいらっしゃいます。

【勤務時間】専門業務型裁量労働制により、1日8時間働いたものとみなされます。(休憩1時間)

【給与】

600万円〜800万円

年俸制 年俸の1/12を毎月支給 月額515000円〜 基本給500000円〜
