- Essential Duties and Responsibilities
職務内容:
品質保証担当者と連携し、研究用機器とその消耗品、ラボ用プラスチック製品を対象に品質保証業務を行う。
- 顧客対応業務
- 社内外から受けた問い合わせに対して、回答を行う。
- 社内情報システム(SFDC)に記録し、海外製造所へ報告の実施、報告した案件対応を行う。
- 社内顧客対応データベースへの情報の蓄積、及びその精度管理を行う。
- 品質保証業務
- 業務関連文書の作成及び改訂を実施する。
- 製品上市サポートを実施する。
- 製品に変更に伴う顧客への通知、仕様書の管理を行う。
- 不具合発生時に社内関連部署担当者及び海外製造所担当者と連携し、原因調査、是正・予防処置を行い、顧客報告を実施する。
- チームマネジメント業務
- 上記、業務を運用する品質保証担当者の管理、ならびに指導育成を実施する。
- 業務プロセス上の問題解決・規制対応など、戦略的かつ能動的な立案と実行を行う。
- 必要とされる資格・経験
- 理系(例:薬学、化学、生物学、工学等)学部卒
- 当社の製品情報をみて、使用用途が理解できること
- 日本語で公文書の読み書きおよび交渉ができること
- 英文によるEメールのやり取り、英文マニュアルを読解できること
- メーカにおける開発、製造技術・管理、品質保証業務の内いずれかでの3年以上の経験
- 歓迎される資格・経験
- 理系大学院 修了
- 当社研究用の各種機器・分析用試薬、または同業他社製品の知見、取扱い経験
- SAP、TrackWise、SFDC 等 各種ITシステムの使用経験
- ビジネスレベルの英語力(技術資料の読解、メール及び電話会議対応)

1)組織・チームの構成
薬事品質保証部(18名)は、薬事チーム(4名)と品質保証部(14名)の2つの部署で構成されています。
2)On boarding Plan(育成・研修の計画)
事業部及び薬事品質保証部内でのトレーニングから始まり、OJTにてルーチン業務をしっかりと習得して頂きます。その後、社内外の問合せ対応を通して十分に経験を積んで頂きます。
3)一日の働き方/スケジュールなど
勤務先は三田本社と横浜オフィスの2つで、在宅勤務制度を活用しつつ、週に2~3回程度出社して社内関係者とコミュニケーションを実施します。
