<仕事内容>

公共工事案件を中心とした土木施工管理のアシスタント事務のお仕事です

現場で作業を行う職人ではなく、工事全体を管理・調整するポジションです。

入社後は先輩社員のサポートからスタートし、

3~5年かけてじっくり成長できる育成体制が整っています

●具体的には…

・工事スケジュール・進捗状況の管理

・職人や協力会社の手配・調整

・工事予算・出来高の管理

・各種書類作成、写真整理、報告業務

・安全・品質管理のサポート

※公共工事が中心のため、無理な工程や突発的な残業は少なめ

※業務内容の変更範囲:会社の定める業務
