本社管理部門にて、システム関連業務・総務や採用・経理などをお任せします。

総務の業務内容は、人事、採用、システム関連、社内報の作成やホームページ管理、経理、庶務など多岐にわたります。特に、システム関連のお仕事をご経験された方を歓迎いたします。

<将来的には>

管理部門の業務にとどまらず、工事部門のアシスタント業務など、当社のさまざまな業務を経験していただく可能性もあります。上級職を目指し、キャリアアップに向けて意欲的に取り組んでいただける方のご応募をお待ちしております。

<当社は原則定時退社を目指しています>

もちろん残業が発生することもありますが、自身で計画を立てて効率的に業務を行うことで、退社後にも予定をたてやすく、プライベート時間を有意義に使うことができます。

年間休日は122日に加え、「夏季休暇」が7日間あります。夏季休暇の取得期間の3カ月(7月~9月)内であれば、連続取得で海外旅行に行くことも可能です。また、分けて取得で友達や家族とランチなどを楽しむこともできます。

年次有給休暇の取得推進に合わせて、夏季休暇7日間は、ワークライフバランス充実につながる制度として、社内からは好評です。
