- 新鮮な食材にこだわる料理
当店は"刺身居酒屋"からはじまったお店。
魚の仕入れには特にこだわっています。
毎朝市場へ買い付けに行き、より鮮度の高いものを調達
ほかにも北海道の猟師さんから直送のジビエや、三陸の牡蠣を仕入れています。
開店当初から三陸の牡蠣にこだわっており、その理由には復興支援の想いも。
生産地を訪問し、今年度より牡蠣業者様からの直接仕入れを実現しました

お客様に驚きや楽しさ、美味しさをお届けできるよう心掛けています。
