WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
We create new products and services that are driven by the richness and comfort of energy consumers. We are looking for passionate colleagues who can imagine the future ecosystem of green transformation and create innovative products and services. As an elite member of a small team with a sense of speed, we will be in charge of the entire development of one or more prototypes or products.

Responsibilities

• Lead the entire process from software prototyping to production collaboration with GX software product and service project manager
• Exploring and collaborating with deep tech startups and third parties
• Leading rapid prototyping using internal and external engineering resources
• Creating and continuously updating product development roadmaps and software architectures
• Experience in building applications using LLM (large-scale language models) and IoT

Minimum Qualifications

• Experience in two or more PoCs and product developments as a GX software development team leader
• Experience in PoC and product requirements definition for GX web application software
• Experience in entire software lifecycles of GX software products
• Experience with Frontend, cloud infrastructure, database and CI/CD construction and operation.
• Degree related to computer science or data science
• Experience in engineering management in business level Japanese and English

NICE TO HAVES

• Experience as an development team leader of an award-winning product or service
• Data analysis and engineering in the field where energy is consumed
• Experience as a project manager for GX-related R&D
• Experience in technology management or product development at a startup or venture company
• Experience in talent acquisition and organization building
