モーションコントロールシステムの設計・製造などを
おこなっている会社での経理事務のお仕事です
<具体的には…>
- 売上書類のチェック(3 way チェック)
- 国内外サプライヤー等から受領する請求書計上(SAP VIM)
- 銀行支払データ作成(Biz Station) (買掛金)
- 会計システム(SAP)へのデータ入力
- 国内外の顧客への請求書発行・及び入金消込(売掛金)
- 海外関連会社との債権債務照合およびネッティング
- 月次決算資料作成
- 出張旅費精算(SAP Concur)
ファイリング、電話応対、庶務一般等(固定資産登録関連業務)

資格
- 高等学校卒業または同等以上の学歴がある方
- 上記業務の経理実務経験者(3年~)
- 簿記3級程度の会計知識がある方
- 直近に経理業務に携わっている方
- 英語で簡単なメールのやり取り(定型)、簡単な読み書きができる方
※会計システムやその帳票が英語です
エクセルを使用できる方(v-look up , sumif , pivot 等関数経験者歓迎)
