法人向けの「ビジネス・カード」の問い合わせ対応などを行なうカスタマー・ケア・プロフェッショナルの募集です。コマーシャル・サービシング・ネットワークのチームメンバーとして、そしてアメリカン・エキスプレスの「顔」として、インバウンドコールの対応を通じて、会員様のニーズを的確に把握し、最適な解決策をご提案します。さらに、期待を超える付加価値のあるサービスを提供し、会員様のビジネスをサポートします。

ビジネス・カード会員様・法人会員様への電話対応・提案等をお任せします。
