・店頭での「Gardenファンを増やす」ための接客

・コーヒーや紅茶、その他ドリンクの作成と提供

・新メニューの開発やイベントの考案

Gardenにはサービスのマニュアルはありません。おひとりお一人にドリンクや商品を丁寧に提供し、お客さまの目線で考えたサービスや環境を創り出せる方をお待ちしています。

勤務時間・曜日:

週1(木曜日)

8:30〜17:30(実働8時間/休憩あり)

休暇・休日:

完全土日祝休み

有給休暇、年末年始、GW、夏季休暇、その他所定の休暇あり

年間休日127日(2023年実績)

ABOUT 〜私たちについて〜

生産者が一つ一つ丁寧に、収穫・生産処理・栽培管理をおこなった豆を焙煎師が高い技術で焙煎し、カフェスタッフが全ての想いを込める一杯のコーヒー。

それは、フルーティーな味わいだったり、ナッツチョコレートのような甘さだったり。たくさんの生産地から届く高品質で個性豊かな豆。今までのイメージを覆す新しいコーヒー。そんなスペシャルティコーヒーが、お店に行かずオフィスで飲めるようになります。

丁寧で美味しいコーヒーは、休憩の質を高め仕事へのアプローチを変えていきます。お店での待ち時間は、オフィスでは従業員同士での大事なコミュニケーションに変わります。働きがいを高める福利厚生を通じて「企業文化づくり」のお手伝いができたら、というのが私たちの願いです。

待ち時間をゆっくりと楽しみたい。

今は急いでいるから早く受け取りたい。

「心地よい時間」は、人によっても、その人の状況によっても変わります。

私たちは両方に応えていくコミュニケーションを実現していく必要があります。

丁寧に淹れられた美味しいコーヒーは人を惹き付けます。しかし、カフェインが飲めないお客様もいます。朝食を食べてこない人もいます。二日酔いの人もいます。繋がりを生む場所となるために、コーヒーを中心としながらも幅広いサービスを提供し、多くの人が集まる場所にしていく必要があります。

社内カフェだから出来ること、すべきことが必ずあります。私たちは、自販機でも、コンビニでも、路面店でもありません。導入してくださった企業、そしてそこで働く従業員のお客様の満足度を上げることが私たちがすべきことです。

そして、それらを実現するために、ロースターをはじめとする取引先パートナー、一緒に働くチームメンバーへの思いやり、何より、Gardenで働くバリスタ自身がコーヒーを通じたコミュニケーションのプロフェッショナルとして、明るく楽しんで挑戦と改善を繰り返していくことが重要です。
