Health Services Medical Staff Training and Support Analyst
The Opportunity:
Join a dynamic team supporting a vital health services mission by providing expert credentialing, privileging, quality assurance, and training analysis. You will manage credentialing programs, support curriculum development, and ensure compliance and readiness across the organization. You'll produce impactful deliverables to include reports, SOPs, white papers, and senior leader presentations that directly support provider readiness and operational goals. Your responsibilities will include maintaining credentialing systems, managing provider files, and facilitating Interfacility Credentials Transfer Briefs to ensure seamless continuity of care. You'll also support Medical Quality Assurance initiatives by tracking compliance, privacy standards, and clinical evaluations. By analyzing training data and exercise outcomes, you'll help shape effective learning programs and readiness improvements. You Have:
- 3+ years of experience in credentialing, privileging, and quality assurance in a DoD medical environment
- 3+ years of experience in health services training analysis, curriculum development, or academic program management
- Experience in Microsoft Office Suite tools, such as Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, and SharePoint
- Knowledge of DoD Military Health System (MHS), credentialing directives, and medical training doctrine
- Ability to brief senior staff and produce professional reports
- Ability to travel 25% of the time to CONUS and OCONUS locations
- Secret clearance
- Bachelor's degree

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $86,800.00 to $198, annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees.
