学校法人瓶井学園日本メディカル福祉専門学校の正職員の募集です。

社会福祉士科(通学)で授業や学生指導の業務をお願いします。

【仕事内容】

・授業、実習指導(教員要件がある科目)

「ソーシャルワークの理論と方法」「ソーシャルワーク実習指導」科目など

・学生対応、講師対応、学校見学対応

・授業運営、学生管理、学習状況管理など

資格やご経験を活かして働くことができます。

社会福祉士を目指す学生の教育に興味がある方、是非ご応募ください。

教務職の経験は問いません(資格、現場経験、学歴等の要件は有り)。

勤務開始:2026年4月~(ご相談ください)

アピールポイント:

・教務職が初めての方でも丁寧に指導させていただきます。

・教員要件がある科目の授業や実習指導をご担当いただきます。

求める人材:

学歴:大学院、4年制大学卒業以上

必要な免許・資格:以下①②のどちらかに該当する方(必須)

①大学院にて社会福祉等に関する研究領域を専攻し、修士の学位を有する方

②社会福祉士の資格を取得後、相談援助業務の実務経験が5年以上ある方

必要なスキル:

・基本的なPC操作ができる方(Word、Excel)

勤務時間・曜日:

勤務時間:9:00~17:00(時期により時間変更の場合があります)

休日:日・祝休み、第2・4土曜日休み、年末年始、夏期休暇、慶弔休暇

第2・4土曜日、日曜日の出勤があった場合は、平日に振替で休み

転勤無し、研修や実習施設訪問等での出張の可能性は有り(宿泊出張は無し)

給与:

固定残業代あり:月給 ¥230,000 〜 ¥300,000は1か月当たりの固定残業代¥47,520〜¥60,900(30時間相当分)を含む。30時間を超える残業代は追加で支給する。

・昇給年1回、賞与年2回(7月、12月)

・自己啓発手当あり 月10,000円

待遇・福利厚生:

・交通費全額支給、私学共済加入
