仕事内容:

自動車分野に特化した専門学校にて、教育現場全体のマネジメントを担う管理職ポジションを募集します

現場で活躍する講師や職員の取りまとめ、教育カリキュラムの運営管理、学生対応など、学校運営の中心となっていただきます。

★具体的な業務内容

・学校運営の管理/改善

・職員(教職員/事務スタッフ)のマネジメント

・学生との面談/対応(進路指導や生活指導など)

・外部機関/企業との連携

・行事/イベントの統括

・法令/ガイドラインに則った運営管理

・教員免許をお持ちの方

・教員経験が5年以上ある方

週5日(月〜金)

8時40分〜16時40分(休憩1時間)
