自社分譲マンションなどの仕入開発からエリア単位の都市開発まで幅広く不動産開発を担当します。

具体的には、

自社分譲マンションの用地仕入開発までお任せします。

・用地の情報収集、現地調査

・事業計画立案

・分譲規模等のシミュレーション

・市場分析

・事業の工程管理 等

月給 300,000円〜700,000円

  • 昇給年2回(4月・10月)
  • 賞与年2回(6月・12月)

【想定年収】

450万円~1,000万円+報奨金

【子育て手当】

中学生までの子ども一人に対し5,000円・月支給いたします

賃金はあくまでも目安の金額であり、選考を通じて上下する可能性があります。

月給(月額)は固定手当を含めた表記です。

(経験、年齢、前職の給与を最大限考慮の上、優遇いたします。)

※上記月給には固定残業代として、

月給30万円~33万円未満の場合は、月30時間分(56,100円~61,700円)

月給33万円~45万円以下の場合は、月40時間分(77,400円~105,500円)

を含みます。超過分は別途支給いたします 。

※試用期間6ヶ月有・給与・待遇は変わりません
