東銀座駅直結のビル内で設備管理業務全般をお任せします

<主な業務内容>

・ビル設備の日常点検・巡回

・空調設備の運転管理・監視

・電気設備の点検・管理

・消防設備の点検・管理

・各種設備の不具合対応

・定期点検の実施・記録

・テナント様からの問い合わせ対応

・設備管理日報の作成 など
