微生物を用いた物質生産プロジェクトの立案・遂行とパートナー企業及びアカデミアとの共同研究の推進

  • 微生物を用いた物質生産プロジェクトの立案・遂行

・社内メンバーとのディスカッションを通した、代謝経路設計を含むゲノムデザインとその実行のための研究計画立案

・ゲノム改変した微生物株の作製

・試験管やジャーを用いた培養や培養液中の成分分析

・研究員・技術員のマネジメント、研究指導などのサポート

・研究データの取りまとめや資料作成

・グラントの申請関連業務 等

  • パートナー企業及びアカデミアとの共同研究の推進

・パートナー企業への研究成果の報告と議論

・研究スケジュール管理

<配属先>

バイオものづくりグループ(VP1名(40代男性)、研究員技術員5名、アドバイザー1名)

※R&D全体としては20名程度

資格


・修士学位修了者

・分子生物学手法を用いた研究業務に3年程以上従事した経験

(第二新卒は、企業での経験がなくとも、類似研究業務にアカデミアで3年従事していれば可)

歓迎スキル

・微生物による物質生産のための培養研究経験

・プラズミド作製などの遺伝子工学の経験

・バクテリア人工染色体のクローニング(BACクローニング)経験

・研究チームのマネジメント経験

・ビジネスレベル英語力

・外部組織との協業経験

実働時間:8時間/日

平均勤務日数:1ヶ月あたり20日

裁量労働制(専門業務型)

9~18時を基本とし、本人の裁量に委ねる

給与


年俸制 400万円~1100万円

(固定残業代や一律手当を含む)

固定残業代:1年あたり88万円~260万円(固定残業時間:492時間)

固定残業時間を超えた勤務時間については別途残業代を支給する

給与:応相談(固定残業手当41時間分を含む)

雇用形態:契約社員

※有期契約社員(1年) 1年後に双方良ければ正社員登用予定
