仕事内容:

店舗や企業向けの集客コンサルティングを行う『株式会社シェア』

お客様がターゲットとするユーザーに合わせて、ホームページの提案や

集客率アップを実現するための様々なサービス提案を行っていただきます。

≪ 具体的な仕事の流れ ≫

❶企業や店舗にお電話でご連絡し、訪問のアポイントを取ります。

❷ヒアリングや事前調査を行いクライアントごとに最適な提案を準備します。

❸クライアント訪問。商談をすすめながら、提案を行ないます。

❹システムの仕組みや料金形態などをご説明し、ご契約いただきます。

◎チーム力を活かし、アポイント取得企業からの契約率は業界トップクラス

少人数のチーム体制で業務に取り組み、チーム内の意見交換やサポートが活発に行われています。

1件ごとに上司のサポートがあるので、効率よく営業活動を実施できます。

◎業務上の各種サポートも充実営業時に使用する機器に関しては、

サポートスタッフがついているため、受注後も安心◎

給与:

モデル年収例

1025万円/30歳・課長職(月給37万円+インセンティブ+報奨金)

772万円/29歳・課長代理職・経験3年(月給31万円+インセンティブ+報奨金)

412万円/25歳・一般職・経験1年(月給25万円+インセンティブ+報奨金)

≪ 東京 ≫ 月給26万5000円以上+インセンティブ+報奨金

≪ 大阪・九州 ≫ 月給25万円以上+インセンティブ+報奨金

※試用期間(最大6ヶ月)は月給24万円+インセンティブ+報奨金

※上記月給額には、月20時間分の固定残業代を含みます(超過分は別途支給)

◎個人の業績を正しく平等に評価成果に対して給与やポストに正当に還元します。

役職が上がるにつれて、インセンティブの支給額も上がります。

個人、各チームの成果に応じたインセンティブを支給します。

【歩合給について】

売上の達成率に応じた金額を毎月支給入社初月から獲得のチャンスがあります。

【報奨金について】

3カ月ごとに査定を行い、MAX60万円まである報奨金を年4回獲得できるチャンスがあります

昇給・昇格の査定は年4回(3カ月ごと)実施
