仕事内容

長年お取引のあるお客様へのルート営業がメインです。

お客様との関係構築が大切なお仕事です。

【具体的な仕事内容】

入社後は、営業未経験や第二新卒の方でも

スムーズに取り組めるよう、

各拠点の教育担当がきめ細やかにフォローします。

まずは、OJTで先輩社員の同行営業などで

商品や業界、営業スタイルを学び、

徐々にお仕事をお任せしていきます。

  • 医療事業部

官公立・市立の医療機関や診療所・クリニックの

ドクターや看護師のもとに出向いて、

最新情報や業界動向などを提供しながら、

医療機器の販売や医療消耗材料の販売を行っていただきます。

またドクターと詳細な打ち合わせをして手術の準備や

必要な機材の手配も行っていただきます。

  • 営業の準備

  • 勉強会(30分程度)

9:30

10:00~11:00

  • お客様訪問(病院等)

12:00前後

  • 昼食(各自、仕事のスケジュール等による)

昼食後、午後の訪問

16:00~16:30

  • 帰社

受発注関連作業

翌日の準備等をして退勤

給与


月給248,800円~273,400円

※固定残業代10時間分(17,800円~19,500円)含む、

超過分別途支給

※経験・能力による

8:45~17:45(休憩1h)

※残業は月20時間以内

資格・経験


・高卒・専門学校卒以上

・営業経験や業界経験は一切不問です。

・新たな仕事にチャレンジする意気込みや、

人物を重視した採用を行います。

・40歳迄(長期キャリア形成を図るため)

・普通自動車免許(AT限定可)
