そんな時代の流れに応じて、セミナーやウェビナーを通じてクライアントへ「正しい知識」「成果を出すノウハウ」を伝えるのが私たちマクロジです。

今回あなたにお任せするのは、そんなセミナーの企画・運営をはじめとする営業活動のサポート。

「どうしたら伝わるか」「どう動けばスムーズに進行するか」をカタチにし、裏側から全体を支えることが私たちのミッションです。

  • セミナー企画・運営・ディレクション

・オンライン/オフラインセミナーの企画サポート

・登壇者/社内メンバーとのスケジュール調整

・セミナー当日の進行管理、ディレクション

・参加者リスト管理、アンケート回収・集計 など

  • 営業サポート業務

・契約書の作成補助、内容確認

・社内外(営業・クライアント)のメール・チェットでのやり取り

・書類管理、データ入力 など

  • セミナー用資料作成

・使用するスライド資料の作成・修正

・既存資料のブラッシュアップ

・社内メンバーの要望に基づく資料整理

  • 経験・スキルに応じて少しずつお任せします。未経験の方はイチからお教えしますので、業界経験のない方もご安心ください

<1日の流れ(例)>

  • 09:00~ 朝礼(1日の流れをチームで確認)
  • 09:30~ 各種対応(メール・チャット・簡単な問い合わせ対応)
  • 10:00~ 契約書作成・社内申請など
  • 11:00~ セミナー申し込み状況確認・サポート業務
  • 12:00~ ― 昼休憩(ランチ)―
  • 13:00~ セミナー運営サポート
  • 15:00~ アンケート集計・参加者リスト作成
  • 16:00~ セミナー企画ミーティング
  • 17:00~ 当日のまとめ・翌日の準備
  • 18:00 退勤

勤務時間詳細


実働時間:1日あたり8時間

平均勤務日数:1ヶ月あたり18日 〜 21日

  • 9:00~18:00(実働8時間)

  • 時差出勤もOK

・07:00~16:00

・08:00~17:00

・10:00~19:00

・11:00~20:00 など

  • 残業月20時間以内

給与詳細


基本給:月給 22万5000円 〜

固定残業代:あり

【一律手当】

全員に一律で支払われる通勤・皆勤・家族手当金額:なし

全員に一律で支払われるその他手当金額:なし

・給与額は経験や能力、スキルに応じて決定します。

・固定残業代(40時間分/53,572円~)を含みます。

・超過分は別途支給します。

年収300万円 / 27歳 経験1年 /月給25万円+賞与

年収360万円 / 30歳 経験3年 /月給30万円+賞与
