Job Overview
自動車電装部品(コネクタ)用組立設備の設計提案・改善を行う仕事です。
設備のパフォーマンス向上をミッションとし、常に改善のマインドセット持ちながら業務の遂行をしていきます。
1. 組立既存工程・技術改善に責任を持つ
2. 新製品/ローカリゼーションプロジェクトの試行、DOE、WI、フローチャート、FMEAなどを担当します。
3. 組立生産のトラブル対応を担当
4. 部門横断的なチームや海外拠点と連携して組立技術を共有する
5. 部門横断チームと海外成形現場と連携して組立プロジェクトに対応
1.マシンのダウンタイムの削減
2.サイクルタイムの短縮、効率の向上。
3.OEE % の削減、機械稼働率および TEEP の改善
4.COPQ/スクラップ削減に関する品質改善、顧客からの苦情の根本原因と対策…
5.変換生産性の向上
6.能力の拡大、ローカリゼーションおよび維持 / インソーシングプロジェクトの実施。
Job Requirements
- ・ 学歴:・学歴:大学(高専)卒以上
・専攻:電子電気機械専攻
・PCスキル(Microsoft Office〔EXCEL、Word、Power Point)
・ 語学:日本語 - 母国語レベル(ビジネス対話および資料作成が可能なこと)
英語 - 英語に抵抗感なく、意欲的に学ぶ意思があれば。
What your background should look like
・自動機の設計や改造のご経験、または量産設備の保全業務に従事していた方
・3D/2D CADの使用経験
・業務に対してやる気をもって前向きに取り組む姿勢と責任感
・PCスキル(Microsoft Office [EXCEL, Word, Power Point])
電気ハードウェア/ソフトウェアの設計経験をお持ちの方
・ コネクタ、または電装部品の製造設備設計経験をお持ちの方
・ 英語を身に着けたい、英語に対して学習意欲がある方
