Role Summary/Purpose
グローバル、国内開発の新製品の製造プロセス開発、製造冶具・装置開発、導入と将来の製造技術の探求を行うのと同時に、製品品質向上、生産性向上の推進を行い、さらには組織のゴール達成を目指すためにカルチャーの変革を推進する。
Essential Responsibilities
グローバル、国内での新製品開発や新技術開発に早いタイミングで参画し、製品製造性と品質改善に寄与する 製品製造プロセスロードマップをサポートをするために既存の製造プロセスと最新の製造・生産技術、デジタルIoT技術をよく理解して今後の製造技術の探求と提案を行う。 既存の製品に対して製造性や品質の問題を見つけ解決する為に製造のリーダーシップとともにプロセス、冶具・装置、製品のデザインを提案、実施する。またお客様の要求する必要な製造キャパシティを持てるように進める。 Lean Six Sigmaを推進することで、お客様への公約がタイムリーに品質とコストが最適化した方法で満たされているのを確認し、生産性のモニタと改善を行う Advanced Manufacturing Engineeringのイニシアチブで広いビジネスインパクトをグローバルサイトを横断して与えるように実施とサポートを行い、グローバルのサプライチェーン全体でベストプラクティスを共有する プロジェクトリーダーとしてクロスファンクショナル、グローバルのチームの中でプロジェクトを製造の代表として参画し、製造内ではリーダーとしてアクティビティを進める 法規制にQualificationとValidationを通して適合し、継続的な品質管理システムの簡素化をクロスファンクショナルチームーオペレーションと品質保証部とで進める
Qualifications/Requirements
日本語でのコミュニケーションスキル
英語でのコミュニケーションスキルもしくは英語でのコミュニケーション能力向上にいとわない人
工学系の大学卒業でエンジニアとしての設計実務経験があり、製品設計、もしくは製造冶具・装置の開発の経験がある方。または、高卒で5年以上の経験がある方
問題解決、生産性改善をできる方
自分で組織が要求しているニーズを理解し、仕事を進められる方
医療機器、製造業、モノづくり、テクノロジーに興味がある方
Desired Characteristics
工学系の大学院卒業
プロジェクトリーディングの経験
統計手法を用いたデータ解析の経験
3D CADを用いて設計経験がある方
自動機の開発経験
プログラミングを実務で経験
機械学習やデジタルソリューションを使った問題解決の経験
