機械学習等を活用したアルゴリズムモジュールの開発とライセンス提供事業、ITシステムの開発と運用事業、データサイエンスに関する顧問・コンサルティング事業等を行っています。

■ 職務内容

本ポジションでは、目の前の顧客と、将来の潜在顧客を念頭に、1社では解けない課題を解決するデータサイエンティストとしてご活躍いただきます。
業務の中では、目の前の顧客の課題解決と、産業全体への展開可能性の天秤を常に意識します。
プロジェクトでは、データサイエンティスト・ビジネス・エンジニアの三位一体体制で各メンバーの専門性を活かして、構想・顧客獲得から開発~保守まで一気通貫で取り組みます。
その中でデータサイエンティストはアルゴリズムの開発・実装を担当し、クライアント・業界に対して課題解決に貢献する社会実装を行います。

■ 応募資格

・データサイエンスを活用した事業課題解決の経験やビジネス知見
・データ整形・前処理に関する知識と実装経験
・機械学習or統計学に関する知識と実装経験
・上記実装に要するプログラミング能力(SQL, Python or R)
・AIモデルのプロダクト組み込み時における技術サポート能力
・クライアントフェイシングの経験
