管理者(SV)ポジションの募集です。
オープニングから1年を迎えたばかりのチームに加わり、引っ越しに伴う新電力の契約切り替えをサポートするお仕事です。
【スタッフのそばで力になる】
契約書類の確認や不備があった際の連絡、オペレーターからの質問への対応、処理チェックなどをお任せします。
事務中心のお仕事ですが、ゆくゆくは、事務と電話対応の割合が半々になる予定です。
【できることが広がっていく】
慣れてきたら、シフト作成、FAQ・ナレッジづくり、オペレーターやリーダーの育成にも挑戦できます。段階を踏んで役割を広げていけるのが、この仕事の魅力です。
【未経験から挑戦できる】
管理者や先輩スタッフのサポート体制が整っているので、未経験から挑戦できます。質問がしやすい明るい雰囲気のセンターです。
さっぽろ駅直結のオフィスには眺望の良い休憩スペースも。17名の明るいチームの中で、成長を楽しみながら働いてみませんか?

応募資格
未経験OK(経験、資格は一切不問) / PCスキル:文字入力ができる方(キーボードを見ながらでもOK) / Excelの基本操作が可能な方

- 土日祝は月半分以上の勤務をお願いします
- 小休憩10分あり(有給)
