給与計算や社会保険業務全般を担っていただきます。

・クライアント企業へのアドバイス・お問い合わせ対応
- 業務のイメージ
毎月クライアントからデータを受け取り、スケジュールの期日内に給与計算を完了させます。
月次の給与計算のほかに、賞与計算、年末調整、退職金計算など。社会保険業務は資格の取得喪失、産育休の申請、労災保険の手続きなどを行ないます。
・担当社数:1人あたり平均5〜7社
・クライアント:1名から6000名規模までの国内外の企業
※担当企業は数年ごとにローテーションするため、幅広い業界の業務に携わることができます。
- スケジュール
9:30 〜/出社、メール・1日の業務確認
10:00〜/社会保険手続き(A社)
12:00〜/ランチ休憩
13:00〜/給与計算(B社)
15:00〜/賞与計算(C社)
17:30〜/翌日のToDoメモ作成
18:00/退社
- 入社後の流れ
1年目は実際に業務を担当しつつ、給与計算や年末調整など、実務に直結する約20講座を毎月受講。2年目以降はより専門性の高いトレーニングで深い知識を身に付けます。リーダーのポジションに上がると、講師として後輩への教育を担当し、自身の知識の定着にも繋がります。

342万円〜500万円
年俸制 年俸の1/12を毎月支給 月額285000円〜 基本給223000円〜
月額=月額基本給+固定残業代(月30時間分として62000円以上/超過分別途追加支給)
