インテージグループはドコモの子会社となりました。
現在、マーケティングソリューション領域を中心に、
ドコモとインテージによるシナジー創出を追求しています。
【ドコモとのメーカー向けデジタル販促サービスの推進】
dポイント・d払い連携先の小売り・流通と実現する消費財メーカーに向けた
デジタル販促キャンペーンプログラムを提供しています。
消費者にお得で楽しい買い物体験を提供するとともに、
メーカーに対しては新規顧客の獲得やリピート購入の促進・ファン化、
蓄積した購買データによる効果検証を一気通貫で支援しています。
【具体的な仕事内容】
デジタル販促サービスのプロダクグロース推進、オペレーション改善を担当していただきます。
社内にはドコモからの出向社員も多く、密に連携しながら業務を進めています。
主な業務内容:
顧客行動やPOSデータ等の分析をもとに、ドコモとインテージグループが持つアセットを
用いた次期デジタル販促サービスの開発やサービス育成の企画・推進
サービスの業務プロセスの改善や自動化の推進
社内の他部署からの問い合わせ対応
グループ会社やパートナー企業との連携・調整
【求める人材】
デジタルマーケティングの基礎知識があり、以下のいずれかの経験がある方:
・BtoCのデジタル/Webサービスの業務・運用改善
(会員・店舗の双方に向けた販促サービス経験があると尚良し)
・BtoCのデジタル/Webサービスの企画・開発経験
(会員・店舗の双方に向けた販促サービス経験があると尚良し)
・POSシステムや購買データを扱ったデータ関連の業務経験
【歓迎】
データを使ったプロダクト・サービスの要件定義やそれに付随する経験
プロジェクトマネジメント経験
デジタルマーケティングの企画・実行経験
SQL等によるデータ集計や分析に基づいたプロダクト改善の経験
【給与】
年収650~850万円,※職務経験を考慮のうえ決定いたします。
