【仕事内容】

私たちの業務は、ただの送迎ではなく、介護の視点を持って利用者の移動をしっかりサポートすることが求められます。現在、介護施設でのケアに追われ、作業的になりがちな業務に悩んでいる方に、新しい形の「移送介護」を提案します。利用者一人一人に焦点を当て、丁寧なケアを提供できる環境です。

【1日の仕事の流れ】

7:00 出庫準備

朝の点呼を受け、車両の点検を行い、出庫準備をします。

7:30 営業開始

病院や介護施設からの移送介護業務をスタートします。利用者のご自宅から病院や介護施設への送迎など、必要に応じた移送ケアを提供します。

9:00 日中の営業活動

利用者が安心して移動できるよう、細やかなサポートを心がけながら、送迎を行います。利用者一人一人に向き合い、寄り添ったサービスを提供します。

11:00 休憩

リフレッシュタイムをとり、午後の業務に備えます。

12:30 昼の営業活動

名古屋市内を中心に、利用者の送迎業務を継続。移動の際には利用者の体調や状況に気を配り、必要なサポートを提供します。

15:00 休憩

再度休憩をとり、午後の営業に備えます。

15:30 夕方の営業活動

日中同様に、移送介護を中心とした送迎業務を行います。移動の際には安全第一で、利用者に寄り添ったケアを提供します。

17:00 入庫準備

営業所に戻り、車両の点検や清掃を行います。

18:00 業務終了

日報を提出し、清算を済ませたら業務終了です。

変形時間労働制(週40時間)

休暇・休日:
