募集背景・業務概要:

ECの会計システムを更改し、決算処理の効率化と正確性の向上を目指しています。業務フローの整理を進めるため、基本設計を担える人材を募集します。関係部門との調整を重視する方針です。お任せする業務:

基本設計を中心に、データモデルの整理と帳票要件の整理を担当いただきます。レビューでの指摘を反映し、設計品質を維持します。移行前提の整理にも関わります。決算処理の課題を整理し、改善の方向性を共有します。レビューの指摘を反映し、設計品質を維持します。

ドキュメントの整備を進め、情報共有の精度を高めます。

お客様の単価を100%開示しています。単価と給与が連動するから、頑張りや成果がダイレクトに収入に反映される仕組みです。

・月給に単価連動型の歩合給を支給。

・還元率:メンバークラスで75~80%、リーダークラスで85%~90%の高水準を実現

・単価アップ時に即時昇給反映

・賞与年2回(計2ヶ月分)
