仕事概要


弊社の研究開発部にて、研究・開発における社会とのサイエンスコミュニケーション業務を行っていただきます。

社会と科学・技術をつなぎ、まだ社会実装されていない先端の研究開発について対話から未来をつくっていくためのコミュニケーション基盤を創造するためのイベントの企画・運営や情報発信業務等をお願いする予定です。

具体的なお仕事としては下記のようなものです。

※ご経験に応じて相談の上決定いたします

・スケジュール調整などプロジェクトマネジメントサポート

・イベント(トークセッション・ワークショップなど)の企画から当日の実施

・イベントの準備や受付などのサポート業務

・SNSなどオウンドメディアを活用した対外発信の企画と運営

・WEBサイト用の記事の執筆

・対話ログ・アンケート分析

【募集背景】


本ポジションは事業拡大に伴う増員募集です。

現在、不定期でのイベント開催やメディアリレーションを行っています。今後は、イベント開催の頻度や対外的な情報発信の更新頻度を増やしつつ、評価・分析、手法の提案なども行っていく予定であり、ここを担ってくださる方を募集しております。

【配属チーム】


研究開発部 サイエンスコミュニケーションチームへの配属予定です。

チームは現在社員3名+インターン6名で構成されています。

・サイエンスコミュニケーター

・サポートメンバー

・インターン6名

また、研究開発部には約20名の優秀なリサーチャーが在籍しており、日々のコミュニケーションの中から自身の能力や知識をブラッシュアップできる環境が整っております。
