【仕事内容】
【 施設長として採用致します 】
本施設では施設長ポジションが空席の為、
候補ではなく"施設長"として採用致します。
入社後及び試用期間中は
エリアマネージャーや事業部長のもとで
弊社での仕事の進め方や理念などを習得頂き
試用期間終了後、正式に独り立ちとなります。
【 仕事内容 】
- 施設運営・管理
予算策定、収支管理や設備の維持管理、
関係機関(行政/地域/医療機関)との連携
- 入居促進
紹介会社やケアマネジャーへ施設情報の発信
(パンフレット制作・配布/施設見学会の案内など)
- 職員の採用・研修
面接対応、入社後研修・フォローなど
- 職員のシフト・労務管理
- 入居者・ご家族対応
入居時の備品購入や準備、相談などの受付・対応
- レクリエーションやイベントの企画運営
- 各種電話対応・事務作業
(変更の範囲)雇い入れ直後の従事すべき業務と同じ
必要な資格・条件
【 必須要件 】
- 高卒以上
- 介護職員初任者研修 修了者(旧ヘルパー2級)以上
- 普通自動車免許保有者(AT限定可)
- PC基本操作できる方

- 施設長/副施設長経験者
- 介護/福祉/医療の管理職経験者
- 介護関連資格保有者
(介護福祉士/介護支援専門員(ケアマネジャー)/介護職員実務者研修など)
