コンサルティング業務をお任せいたします。

【お任せしたい業務】

コンサルティング(カスタマーサクセス)

新規・既存クライアントの課題に対し、当社のシステム・開発力をどのように価値提供できるのかコーディネートしていただきます。

新規クライアント開拓は別担当者(営業職)となりますので、1→10を提供するコンサルティング業務をイメージしてください。

顧客のビジネス課題をヒアリングし、ニーズに最適なソリューションを提案
SaaS導入に向けた要件定義、システム設計、導入支援、運用支援
顧客企業のKPI設定、効果測定、改善提案による顧客の事業成長支援
顧客との長期的な信頼関係構築、アップセル・クロスセルによる売上拡大
市場動向や競合製品に関する情報収集・分析

・Saas商材の営業、カスタマーサクセスの経験

・IT業界におけるPM・PL職で顧客折衝経験がある方

600万円~900万円
