仕事内容


CRM/マーケティング戦略【宅配食サブスクサービス「つくりおき.jp」展開】

【仕事内容】

データドリブンで施策を設計・実行し、事業成長に直結するCRM戦略を推進していただきます。

・未顧客向けナーチャリング(LINE活用のメッセージ配信・アクティベーション施策)

・定期解約者向けリテンション施策

・単発購入者向け継続利用促進施策(LINE以外の手段も含む)

・顧客データを活用したキャンペーンの企画・実行

・パーソナライズドメッセージの設計・配信

・CRMツール(LINE、HubSpot等)やデータ分析ツールによる施策最適化

・KPI設定、効果測定、改善施策の推進

  • 配属部署の役割

・新規顧客獲得施策の企画・実行・効果検証

・新規集客チャネルの開拓

・市場・顧客動向の把握とインサイト共有

・顧客フィードバックの収集・分析

・プロダクト改善と連動したコミュニケーション施策の実行

  • ご入社後に期待する姿・状態

・未顧客(LINE登録者)へのナーチャリング施策を戦略的に推進

・単発購入者(非LINE登録者)へのナーチャリング体制構築

・顧客ライフサイクルに沿ったパーソナライズ施策の実施

・CRM施策全体の設計・戦略を統括し、顧客ロイヤルティ向上の全社戦略をリード

年収:600~900 万円月給制基本給:338347円残業代:固定残業代制固定残業時間:30時間固定残業代:78322円超過分は全額支給スキルや前職により決定するため、記載の年収帯の限りではありません。通勤手当:あり 実費支給 (上限あり40000円)賞与:なし昇給:あり 年1回
