仕事内容:

海外事業サポート協同組合は昨年末現在の技能実習生、特定技能者は1300名強在籍中、その中インドネシア人は約6割を占めています。今後益々インドネシア人が増えてゆく傾向です。

受入企業を訪問して、受入企業の要望などをインドネシア人に伝え、又、インドネシア人の要望などを受入企業に伝え、彼らが仕事、生活面で上手く出来るように指導管理していくことが仕事です。

そして、外国人技能実習機構や出入国在留管理局への申請書類の作成やインドネシア人採用の営業補助も仕事の一環です。

穏やかな雰囲気で20代~60代の幅広い年代の職員活躍中です。

現在外国人職員12名在職中。

求める人材:

インドネシア語を話せる方(外国人の方は日本語能力試験N2以上)。

ワード・エクセルなどオフィスソフト基本操作ができる

普通自動車免許(AT限定可)があれば優遇

外国人技能実習制度及び労働基準法の知識があれば優遇

勤務時間・曜日:

平日

勤務時間:9:30~18:30(12:30~13:30 1時間昼休憩)

休暇・休日:

完全週休二日制(土・日)、祝日、年間休日125日

有給休暇10日(入社6か月後)

夏季休暇・年末年始休暇

出張あり

職場禁煙ですがビル敷地内喫煙室あり。

アクセス:

大阪メトロ各線 本町駅 から徒歩8分

マイカー通勤不可

給与:

固定残業代あり:月給 ¥259,500 〜 ¥410,875は1か月当たりの固定残業代¥67,500〜¥106,875(45時間相当分)を含む。45時間を超える残業代は追加で支給する。

給与締切日:月末、支給日:翌月10日

昇給あり(年1回、前年度実績)

賞与あり(年2回、前年度実績)

通勤手当:実費支給(上限月額20,000円まで)
