【具体的なお仕事内容】

・各商業施設の代表電話対応

・各商業施設のアプリに関する問い合わせ電話対応

・事務仕事

  • マニュアルの更新や、施設の催事・イベント確認などの情報更新などを行ないます。簡単なタイピングができるレベルのPCスキルがあれば十分です

アプリの利用方法や駐車場関連のお問い合わせがほとんど

お問い合わせ件数も1日10件程度とそこまで多くありません

〈月給〉21万1千円以上+残業代全額支給+賞与年2回
※経験・年齢・スキルを最大限に考慮のうえ決定します。
※残業が発生した場合は、時間外手当を別途全額支給いたします。

勤務時間

9:30~20:00(シフト制)
・実働7時間30分
・休憩60分
・残業はほぼナシ

早番/9:30~18:00
中番/9:45~18:15
遅番/11:30~20:00
