当社は、TikTok・YouTube・Instagramを中心とした縦型ショートドラマ領域において、日本トップクラスの実績を築いてきました。広告タイアップを軸に事業を成長させる中で、現在はさらなる拡大フェーズに入り、撮影本数・規模ともに拡張しています。

この成長を支えるうえで重要なのが、一人ひとりがプロとして機能する、安定したカメラマン体制の構築です。当社の撮影現場には、すでに再現性のある撮影ノウハウと判断基準が蓄積されています。そのため、誰かの補佐として時間をかけて育つ前提ではなく、カメラマンとして現場に入り、早期からチャレンジできる環境があります。

経験・スキルを尊重したうえで、即戦力として現場に参加し、撮影クオリティとスピードの両立を担っていただけるカメラマンを募集します。

▼業務内容

入社直後〜初期フェーズ

・縦型ショートドラマの撮影業務

・撮影準備・撤収、機材セッティング

・撮影フロー・現場オペレーションの理解

・撮影方針・演出意図の共有、すり合わせ

業務に慣れてきた後

・撮影のメイン担当としての実務

・ロケハン、撮影カットの確認・設計

・撮影オペレーションの改善・安定化

・現場判断を含めた主体的な撮影対応

将来的に期待する役割

・撮影現場を自立して任せられるカメラマン

・複数案件を安定して回す撮影基盤の一翼を担う存在

・作品クオリティを支える技術・判断の中核

① 入社〜数週間

・実際の撮影現場に参加し、即実務に関与

・撮影機材・現場ルール・判断基準のキャッチアップ

・当社ならではの撮影スタイル・演出意図の理解

② 数ヶ月以内

・撮影の主担当として案件を担当

・撮影準備〜撤収までを一貫して実施

・スピードとクオリティを両立した撮影を実現

③ 中長期

・撮影現場を自走できるカメラマンとして活躍

・新しい撮影表現やオペレーション改善への提案

求める人材:

【必須(MUST)】

・株式会社OASIZに継続的に関わる意欲がある方

・体力を要する撮影業務に対応できる方

・撮影フローや段取りを記憶・再現する力がある方

・指示待ちではなく、学んだことを次の現場で活かそうとする姿勢

・チームでの制作において、円滑なコミュニケーションが取れる方

※ 撮影実務経験の有無は問いません

【歓迎(WANT)】

・動画撮影・映像制作の経験(業務・個人問わず)

・スチールまたは映像カメラマンとしての実務経験

・撮影現場でのアシスタント経験

・自身でカメラ・撮影機材を扱った経験

・日常的に撮影・編集を行っている方

勤務時間・曜日:

休日:土日祝

休暇:1年次有給休暇6か月継続勤務した場合→10日

2その他の休暇有給(慶弔休暇)
