【業務概要】
関東近辺~東日本の大手企業のお客様を中心に、ITインフラ導入プロジェクトのPMをお任せします。
■ITインフラの構築プロジェクトの計画立案および進行管理
■エンジニアチームのマネジメント
■顧客との折衝、要件定義、進捗報告などのプロジェクト管理業務
■プロジェクト体制の例:PM 1名、PL 2名、メンバー5~10名、ベンダ-1~3社
■PM1名あたりの担当案件数は工数で管理しており、平均2-3案件をお任せしております。
■PMがプリセール段階から関わることもあり、よりお客様に沿ったプロジェクト(その他詳細は面談にてお伝えします)(その他詳細は面談でお伝えします)

【必須経験・スキル】
▽プロジェクトマネージャ
■プロジェクトマネジメントの基本スキルを持ち、ソリューション/プロダクトに関わらず、以下の規模以上のプロジェクトをPMとして完遂した経験があること
プロジェクト期間:3ヶ月以上/全体工数:6人月以上/最大メンバー:5名以上/外部ベンダ:1社以上
■リーダーシップ、コミュニケーション力,問題解決力が高い人物像であることが望ましい
■ITS3相当の設計業務経験を有していることが望ましい
▽高レベルプロジェクトマネージャ
■プロジェクトマネジメントにおける必要なプロセス、ツールや技法などの知識を有しており、ソリューション/プロダクトに関わらず、以下の規模以上のプロジェクトをPMとして完遂した経験があること
プロジェクト期間:6ヶ月以上/全体工数:12人月以上/最大メンバー:10名以上/外部ベンダ:3社以上
■リーダーシップ、フォローアシップ、コミュニケーション力,問題解決力、目標達成意識が高い人物像であること
■ITS3相当の設計業務経験を有していることが望ましい(その他詳細は面談でお伝えします)
