仕事内容:

服飾資材の専門商社として、アパレルメーカーのものづくりを支える企画営業職です。

【主な業務内容】

・ボタン、ファスナー、裏地、芯地、肩パットなどの付属品から繊維製品、鞄・雑貨まで幅広い商品の提案・企画

・アパレルメーカーとの打ち合わせを通じた資材のコーディネート業務

・デザイナーやMDと繊維商社、国内外縫製工場との架け橋的役割

・ルート営業が中心で、お客様のニーズに合わせた服飾資材の開発・提案

・実績次第で新規ビジネスシーンの開拓にも携わる

入社後は先輩営業マンのアシスタントとしてOJT研修からスタート。服飾資材の知識や提案スキル、商品知識、段取りなどを習得し、経験を積み重ねて営業マンへステップアップします。

月給28万5千円〜33万5千円+賞与年2回(前年度実績4.5ヶ月分)の安定収入

完全週休2日制(土日祝)+年間休日約125日でプライベート充実

必須条件:

・大学以上の学歴

・Word、Excelの基本操作ができる方

・普通自動車運転免許(入社までに取得であれば可)

・英語または中国語または両方の日常会話レベルの語学力

・営業経験がある方

・業界・職種未経験の方も大歓迎

営業職は服飾資材を通じて人と想いをつなぎ、素材とニーズを結びつける最前線です。

膨大な商品数を扱うため、先を見た段取りや心づかいなど「マメさ」に自信がある方を求めています。

ルートが8割のため、コミュニケーション力と心づかいのできる対話力、そして行動力が重要です。

255,000円~305,000円
