<センター長 兼 学長補佐の秘書>

・スケジュール管理

・研究予算の処理、管理

・備品の発注、管理

・郵便物、配布物の回収、各所へ提出の外回り

・電話やメール、来客対応 など

  • 一部英語を使用します

(海外出張手続きや、英文を使用したメール対応など)

*同じ業務は現在、2名体制です。
