Fantiaは、様々なジャンルのクリエイターが
ファンクラブを開設できる「クリエイター支援プラットフォーム」です。
世界中のクリエイターを支援し、文化の多様性を広げることを目指しています。
グローバル展開に関する幅広い業務をお任せします。

- 北米市場の戦略策定
市場動向や競合、ユーザー層を調査・分析し、
Fantiaの現地化・グローバル展開戦略を立案いただきます。
- グローバルマーケティングの推進
サービス認知度向上とユーザー獲得を目的に、
広告・SNS運用・インフルエンサー連携などの
デジタルマーケティング施策を企画・実行・管理していただきます。
- 新規事業・機能開発
北米ユーザーやクリエイターのニーズに基づき、
新機能や決済手段、プロモーション、コミュニティ施策を
企画・提案し、開発チームと連携して実現します。
- クリエイターリレーション
現地の著名クリエイターを対象とした
誘致・サポート戦略を策定し、実行まで担っていただきます。
- 現地パートナーシップ
現地企業やメディアとの提携機会を探索し、
交渉・実行を進めていただきます。

- 入社後の流れ
試用期間(3ヶ月)内でOJTにて自社プラットフォームに関するレクチャー、
自社/他社調査を行います。
その後ツールや関連データの説明を行いながら適宜実務に携わっていただきます。
Fantiaの主要海外市場である北米において、
新規事業開発とマーケティング戦略を担い、
ユーザーベースとクリエイターコミュニティの拡大を
推進するための人材を募集しています。
求めている人材
- 必須要件
・北米(アメリカ)のインターネット、クリエイター、コンテンツ市場に関する深い理解と知見
・海外向けWEBサービスにおけるマーケティング事業戦略の立案・実行経験(3年以上を目安)
・日本人チームメンバーおよび経営層との円滑なコミュニケーションが可能なビジネスレベル以上の日本語能力(読み・書き・会話)
- 歓迎要件
・クリエイターエコノミー、ファンコミュニティサービス、サブスクリプション型サービスでの実務経験
・エンタメ、アニメ、ゲーム、コミックなど、日本のコンテンツに対する高い興味・理解
・国際的なチームでの協働経験
・プロダクトマネジメント(PM)やUI/UX改善の経験

給与詳細
※基本給・固定残業代・一律手当の総額
基本給:月給 44万5000円 〜 74万1000円
固定残業代:あり
1ヶ月あたり10万9000円 〜 18万2000円(固定残業時間:1ヶ月あたり45時間)
固定残業時間を超えた勤務時間については別途残業代を支給する

全員に一律で支払われる通勤・皆勤・家族手当金額:なし
全員に一律で支払われるその他手当金額:あり
1ヶ月あたり3万円
