【仕事内容】

本募集ポジションでは、音声業務全般を中心に行っていただきます。

出社週3~4日、在宅週1~2日を想定しております。

  • 配属部署

人事本部 ビジネスサポート部 ビジネスサポート1グループ

※ビジネスサポート1グループは、障がい者メンバーで構成されているグループです。

  • 具体的な仕事内容

・社内外のイベント生配信における配信音声やPA業務全般

・動画制作の撮影現場での音声業務

・スタジオ内の音声・音響全般

・編集時のMA

・その他、庶務作業の補助(データ入力、軽作業)など

  • 障がいへの配慮

面接時に特性や配慮事項などを確認したうえで、それぞれのメンバーに必要な合理的配慮を可能な限り実施しております。

勤務時間や通院などの相談、仕事の得意・不得意について面接時にお聞かせください。

なお、障がい者雇用の支援経験・実績のあるスタッフも在籍しております。

【契約期間】

契約社員の場合は、初回12ヶ月、その後12ヶ月ごと原則契約更新

※時短勤務の場合は、初回契約3ヶ月、その後3ヶ月ごと原則契約更新となります

※正社員登用制度あり

(入社半年経過後、年4回ある正社員登用時期に正社員登用の可能性があります。正社員登用に関しては、半年ごとの目標設定や評価を経て、上長の推薦の後、決定いたします。)

※スキル次第で正社員での採用も検討いたします

9:00~18:15(残業:全社平均:月平均8時間程度※2024年8月期実績 ただし、ビジネスサポートグループでは、残業がほとんど発生しないように調整をしております。)
