Job Description
In your new role you will:
Be an active contributor to the team, enabling customer growth by serving as the first point of contact for demand fulfillment topics within Infineon.
- Demand Fulfillment: Managing all demand fulfillment activities with customers end-to-end.
- Escalation Handling: Acting as the first point of contact for customers and managing escalations.
- Order Management: Overseeing order processing and ensuring accuracy.
- Supply-Demand Analysis: Conducting analysis to address supply and demand gaps.
- Proactive Issue Resolution: Collaborating with internal partners to solve supply chain issues.
- Logistics Collaboration: Ensuring effective logistics management through coordination with various teams.
Your Profile
You are best equipped for this task if you have:
- 1 to 3 years of work experience (preferably in Customer Supply Chain, Logistics, or Sales Operations; experience in the Semiconductor Industry is not mandatory).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (e.g., Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
- Business-level proficiency in English and Japanese (speaking is a must).
- Experience in customer-facing roles (preferred but not mandatory).
- Familiarity with digital tools such as Macros, analytics platforms, AI, or other reporting tools.
