【主な職務内容】

■事業開発

M&Aソーシング、DD~買収先企業のPMIの遂行まで一貫して行う

■事業戦略

エムスリーグループ全体の中で、優先順位の高い経営課題に取り組み、事業をリード

■営業戦略策定/営業マネジメント

エムスリーの経営陣及び事業リーダーの参謀として事業に参画し、事業経営の全領域における戦略の策定・推進を行う

■経営企画

情報を分析し、様々な経営課題を発見し解決に導くことで、経営陣の意思決定を支援

■エコシステムシナジー推進

複数部門(サービス・グループ会社・投資先を含む)に跨る事業間シナジーアイデアの創出及び実現に向けた具体策の検討・議論をリードし、エムスリーならではの事業創造を推進する

【求める人材】

【必須要件】

■投資銀行、戦略コンサル、PEファンド、事業会社、総合商社等における事業投資・事業開発・M&A・PMI等で実績を出した経験

【歓迎要件】

■ビジネス会話レベルの英語力(目安としてTOEIC800点以上)

【給与】

年収 700 ~ 2000 万円

経験・スキルに応じて変動の可能性があります
