【仕事内容】

【マネージャー】金融領域コンサルタント(銀行・決済・公共)

Financial&Public事業部において、以下の業務をお任せします。

■プロジェクト進捗の管理

ーデリバリに向けてメンバーを含めて全体が進むよう適切にプロジェクト全体を管理

■プロジェクト推進上の課題・リスクへの対策

ーデリバリにあたってすでに発生した課題・リスクに加え、今後発生しうる課題・リスクも含めて事前に対処

■各会議体で必要なドキュメントの作成およびプレゼンテーション、ファシリテーション

ークライアントに対するLTSを代表してのプレゼンテーションに加え、会議が有意義なものとなるよう全体をハンドリング

■シニアコンサルタントおよびコンサルタントが作成した各種成果物のレビュー

ー各種アウトプットとして作成されるパワーポイントやドキュメントの品質を監督

■シニアコンサルタントおよびコンサルタントの育成

ージュニア層のスキル向上やキャリア形成に向けたアドバイスや指導の実施

【求める人材】

【必須経験・スキル】▽以下の要件を満たすこと。

■コンサルティングファームおよびシンクタンク等におけるコンサルティング業務の経験(5年以上)

■PMもしくはPLとして複数名のメンバーもしくはビジネスパートナーのマネジメント経験

【歓迎経験・スキル】

■複雑かつ曖昧なKPIに対し、クライアントとの合意を重ねながら着実にプロジェクトを推進した経験

■チームメンバーの育成計画の立案やトレーニング実施といった組織力強化に寄与した経験

■金融領域(生損保・決済ほか)・公共領域の業務知識

■規制や情報セキュリティに関する知見・活用経験

■業務分析・BPRの経験(その他詳細は面談でお伝えします)
