職務内容
PVアシスタントは、プロジェクトチームの一員としてPrimeVigilanceが受託するファーマコビジランス業務の実施およびサポートを行います。未経験の方でも、当社独自の研修プログラムにより、基礎から着実にスキルを身につけられる環境です。

主な業務内容

  • 個別症例安全性報告(ICSR)の受領、返信、受領確認、トラッキングおよびファイリング ※手順書・規制・クライアント要件に基づく各種オペレーション対応
  • 定期報告書の作成補助・進捗管理
  • アーカイブの管理を行い、関連文書の最終レイアウトを整える

資格

応募資格
必須条件

  • ビジネスレベルの日本語および英語力(スピーキング・ライティング:B2〜C1レベル相当)
  • Excel・Wordを中心としたMS Officeスキル
  • 機密情報管理における高いコンプライアンス意識
  • マルチタスク管理・優先順位をつけて正確に遂行できる能力期限遵守・正確性を求められる業務への対応力
  • チーム内外との円滑なコミュニケーション能力
