静かな作業の時間と、

「今日は調子いいですね」と交わす短い会話。

そのバランスが、ちょうどいい。

派手さはないけれど、

確かに誰かの空間を支えている。

植物を通して、毎日を少し心地よくする仕事です。

【仕事内容】

オフィス・商業施設・店舗などを定期的に訪問し、

観葉植物のメンテナンスをおこないます。

  • 水やり
  • 葉のふき取り
  • 剪定
  • 土の調整
  • 配置の微調 など

植物の状態を見ながら、

「今日は少し元気ないな」

「こっちの方が光が当たるかも」

そんな"気づき"が活きてきます。

決まったお客様を巡るルート制なので、

落ち着いたペースで働けます。

【この仕事の魅力とは?】

それは、お客様との「ちょっとした会話」です。

といっても、

営業トークや難しい説明は必要ありません。

たとえば――

「この植物、最近ちょっと元気ない気がして…」

そんな声をかけられたら、

『このオフィスは暖房がよく効いているので、

室温が高くて乾燥しているのかもしれません。

少し温度を下げていただけると、植物も楽になりますよ』

こんなふうに、

植物の様子を見て、感じたことを伝えるだけ。

ほかにも、こんな会話があります。

「この季節に合う植物ってありますか?」

『今なら、葉がしっかりした種類が長持ちしますよ』

「葉っぱにホコリがつきやすくて…」

『空調の風が当たっているかもしれません。

少し位置を変えるだけでも違います』

「前より明るくなった気がします」

『植物が空間に馴染んできた証拠ですね』

どれも、

知識をひけらかす会話ではありません。

ちゃんと見て、ちゃんと聞いて、

わかる範囲で答える。それで十分です。

ゆっくり、確実に覚えていけばOKです。

勤務時間詳細


実働時間:1日あたり8時間

平均勤務日数:1ヶ月あたり20日 〜 22日

9:00~18:00(実働8時間/休憩1時間)

※残業は月平均10時間程度

  • 平均労働時間:1日あたり8時間
  • 変形労働時間制(1年単位)
  • 時期により勤務時間の変動あり

週休2日制(土・日・祝)

※土曜出社あり(月1~2回)

  • 夏季休暇:3日間(年度により変動あり)
  • 年末年始休暇:5日間(年度により変動あり)
  • 有給休暇(法定通り付与)

給与詳細


基本給:月給 21万9000円 〜 33万円

固定残業代:なし
