【内勤から始める「一生モノ」の育成】
いきなり外に出て売ることはありません。
まずは「内勤営業」として1年以上、
じっくりとプロの土台を築きながら、
現場の要(かなめ)として活躍してください。
- 座学研修:素材と技術を叩き込む
業界未経験者専用のカリキュラムで、
ゴムの素材、製品知識、
ビジネスの基本を学びます。
あなたのペースに合わせて進めるので、
焦る必要は一切ありません。
- 社内検定:自分の成長を証明
研修内容が身についたかを確認する
「社内検定」に挑戦します。
一つずつクリアすることで、
揺るぎない自信が手に入ります。
- 内勤実務:現場を動かす司令塔へ
検定合格後は先輩がマンツーマンで並走。
単なる事務作業ではありません。
「こんな部品は作れる?」
「この用途に合う素材は?」というお客様の
深い相談に対し、製造現場と連携して
最適なプランを見積書として形にする、
非常にクリエイティブな実務です。
あなたの作成した情報が「設計図」となり、
製品が生まれます。
