【仕事内容】

【職務内容】LIFULL HOMESの物件検索のためのいくつかのアプリケーションの開発・運用を担当します。

【検索関連】様々な検索を実現させるために以下のような取り組みを実施します。

・企画者との仕様確認・調整

・実現のための設計(規模は企画によります)

・検索エンジン(Solr)へのフィールド追加

・データの入稿システムの修正

・データ取得のAPI実装

【パフォーマンス向上】

主に速度に関して、検索のレイテンシやスループット改善、入稿システムの反映遅延の改善・スループットの向上を実現させるために以下のような取り組みを実施します。

・改善したい指標の選定・測定

・ボトルネックの特定・調査

・ボトルネックの解消

【運用】

入稿アプリケーション、検索エンジンの運用作業や、運用改善のために以下の取組を実施します。

・デプロイパイプラインの整備、微調整、改善

・コスト削減施策の実行

・検索エンジン(Solr)のバージョンアップ

・入稿アプリケーションの言語バージョンアップ

お任せしたいこと

物件に関わるあらゆる情報をシームレスに扱えるようにするため、上記の課題解決を含め、事業を加速させる検索・データ入稿のプラットフォームの構築を私たちと一緒に実行していただきます。

・入稿システム刷新のための設計、実装からテストを担当・入稿システムのパフォーマンス改善のための計測、改善・企画職や外部の会社との仕様調整

【求める人材】

・Webアプリケーション開発の実装経験

・リーダーもしくはサブリーダー経験

・システムのパフォーマンス改善に興味がある方

【歓迎】

・ AWSCDKやCloudFormationを利用したコードによるサービスインフラの実装・運用経験

・ Webアプリケーションの全体の設計経験

・ システムのパフォーマンス改善や分散システム領域におけるスキル・経験

・ プロジェクトマネージャーやリードエンジニアとしてのプロジェクト管理経験

・ 採用技術(Solr PostgreSQL Oracle Redis memcached fluentd その他AWSのサービス)の運用経験

【給与】

年収600~810万円,※職務経験を考慮のうえ決定いたします。
