【仕事内容】

【職務概要】

不動産・住宅情報サービス「LIFULL HOME'S」の物件検索を実現するための

アプリケーション開発・運用を担当します。

【職務詳細】

・検索関連:Solrへのフィールド追加、データ取得APIの実装、企画者との仕様調整

・パフォーマンス向上:検索レイテンシやスループットの改善、ボトルネックの特定と解消

・運用:デプロイパイプラインの整備、検索エンジン(Solr)や言語のバージョンアップ

・入稿システム刷新:データ反映速度向上のための設計、実装、テスト、パフォーマンス計測

【開発環境】

・言語:TypeScript、Javascript、Bash、Go、PHP

・クラウド:AWS

・ミドルウェア:Solr、PostgreSQL、Oracle、Redis、memcached、fluentd

・CI/CD:GitHub Actions、Code Pipeline

・ツール:GitHub、Amazon Q Developer、GitHub Copilot、JIRA、Confluence、Slack

・Webアプリケーション開発の実装経験

・リーダーもしくはサブリーダー経験

・システムのパフォーマンス改善に興味がある方

【尚可】

・AWS CDKやCloudFormationを利用したコードによるサービスインフラの実装・運用経験

・Webアプリケーションの全体の設計経験

・システムのパフォーマンス改善や分散システム領域におけるスキル・経験

・プロジェクトマネージャーやリードエンジニアとしてのプロジェクト管理経験

・Solr、PostgreSQL、Oracle、Redis、memcached、fluentd、その他AWSのサービスの運用経験

【給与】

年収:600万~810万程度

月給制:月額407800円

給与:■前職でのご経験・年収を考慮の上、給与額を提示

賞与:年2回(7月・12月)※業績による

昇給:年2回(4月・10月)※同社規程に基づく

半蔵門線「半蔵門」駅徒歩2分/有楽町線「麹町」駅徒歩7分

フレックスタイム制(コアタイム/11:00~16:00)標準労働時間:8時間
