新規クラブのオープンが決定

今回はその為のオープニング募集です

新規クラブがオープンするまでの間は

  • 新郷東新郷小クラブ
  • 朝日西舟戸小クラブ

にて研修を行っていただきます

小学校の平日放課後や土曜日、

春・夏・冬休みなどの長期休み期間中に

子どもたちの見守り保育をしてくれる

スタッフを募集します

屋内外での遊びや宿題の見守り、

おやつの準備、レクリエーション…など

子ども達が安全に楽しく過ごせるように

スタッフたちと協力しながら

仕事を進めていきます。

子どもたちにとっての学童は

「行かなければいけない」、

「行かされている学童」といった

子どもたちが学校や家庭で

色々なことがあっても

学童が子どもたちにとって

「学童に来られることが楽しい」

「学童は自分がいていい場所」などと

思える場所になれることを目指しています。

求めている人材

  • 無資格・未経験OK
  • 次年度以降に放課後児童支援員の資格取得を目指せる方
  • 放課後児童支援員の有資格者か、その資格要件を満たす方は優遇

【下記の資格をお持ちの方も歓迎】

保育士、社会福祉士、幼稚園・小学校・中学校・高校の教員免許所持者

高卒以上であり2年以上児童福祉事業に従事した方

大学・大学院で心理学や教育学などを専攻された方

総労働時間:1週あたり40時間

【平日】

11:00~20 :00

【土曜日+長期休暇など休校日】

7:30~20:00(※土曜は19時まで。シフト制。社員は土曜休み奨励)

※1日の実働時間が平均8時間になるように4~8時間勤務
