エンジニア組織のテックリード(もしくはその候補)として、技術面を中心に事業成長に貢献するポジションです。技術力と事業成長への貢献意識を兼ね備え、近い将来、エンジニアリングマネージャーやエキスパートエンジニアとして活躍することを期待しています。

■職務内容

新規・既存サービス・プロダクトいずれかの開発・運用・グロースをリードいただきます。配属先は面談を通して決定します。

領域1)既存サービス・プロダクトのエンハンス

「MedPeer」「やくばと」「kakari」といった既存サービスの成長を技術面から支援します。「MedPeer」はUI/UX強化、リアーキテクチャなどを、「やくばと」「kakari」はユーザーの声を反映したプロダクト開発を進めます。

領域2)新規サービス「ClinPeer」の開発

がん専門医向け論文キュレーションアプリ「ClinPeer」の成長を支援します。ユーザー体験向上やビジネス要件に合わせた機能追加、UI改善、集客施策などを提案・実装します。

0からの新規事業開発

CEO室のAI駆動型新規事業開発チーム、または開発組織の新規事業担当として、ニーズ検証、PoC、設計・実装、プリセールス活動など、0→1の立ち上げに挑戦します。各開発チームはアジャイルに近い形で運営され、設計・コードレビューを重視しています。

【求める人材】

■求めるスキル・経験【必須】

・Ruby on Railsでの5年以上の開発経験

・バックエンド、フロントエンド双方の開発経験

■求めるマインド【必須】

・技術的探究心が強くアウトプットをGitHub等に公開されている方

・新たなサービスの開発において、マーケティング・企画担当と密にコミュニケーションを取りながら建設的に業務に取り組める方

・自社サービスの企画・設計・開発・運用・改修の一貫した業務に携わることに意欲的な方

・チーム・文化創りを一緒にやっていきたい方
