西尾大橋駅、四ツ橋駅からもアクセス可能徒歩10分程度。

桜川駅からなら徒歩7分程度

  • 知育と小中学校受験対策の幼児教室《チャイルド・アイズ》
  • 1歳半~小学生のお子様を対象です

大手教育系企業グループで、長期安定的にご勤務いただけます。

幼児教室の運営担当、運営サポート、先生補助というお仕事です。

入社時の研修もしっかりとご用意あり、徐々に慣れていただけますのでご安心ください

【具体的には・・・】

・教室の運営状況の報告

・シフト管理やシフト調整

・新規のお客様に向けた体験教室~入塾などのスケジュール管理および実施

・体験後のお客様へのフォロー

・集客に関する販促活動の企画と実施

・授業の実施、授業後の保護者への説明やカルテの記入

・小学受験対応、面接対策、学校訪問

・その他、教室運営に付随する業務全般

【勤務時間】 10:00~18:00 ※1日7時間勤務、休憩1時間

【勤務日】 火曜日~土曜日。※日月休み

【残 業】 残業はほぼ無し。※裁量にお任せします

基本給:月給 25万円 〜 35万円

固定残業代:なし

【一律手当】

全員に一律で支払われる通勤・皆勤・家族手当金額:なし

全員に一律で支払われるその他手当金額:なし

※現職や前職の給与を最大限考慮の上、ご提示いたします

  • 月給 ¥250,000 〜 ¥300,000

<内訳>

・1ヶ月当たりの固定残業代¥17,010~(10時間相当分)を含む。

10時間を超える残業代は順法通り、追加で支給すします。

・固定残業手当10時間分は月給に含まれます。

・超過分は順法通り別途支給します。
