ゲームを記事に取り上げてもらうために

メディアと交渉をおこなったり、

ゲームショップや家電量販店で取り扱って

いただくための活動をしています。

【今回募集する職種】

ゲームの販促計画を立てるほか、

市場調査や資料作りなどをする

スタッフを募集します。

時には、イベント会場でゲームの魅力を

ユーザーさまに直接お伝えしたり、

グッズの販売をすることもあります。

そのゲームが売れるかどうかは

蓋を開けてみないことには分かりません。

なので、固まりきっていない企画も

ある程度ロマンを求めて通してみる社⾵があり

「こういうことがしたい︕」と前向きに頑張る⼈ほどチャンスが多い環境です。

勤務時間詳細


実働時間:1日あたり8時間

平均勤務日数:1ヶ月あたり21日 〜 23日

勤務時間︓9:00〜18:00

(休憩時間1時間)

  • 週に⼀度のミーティングで全体の進捗状況を確認しており、

それ以外のスケジュールは各⾃で⾃由に調整してもらっています。

  • 残業は基本的にしない社⾵です。

  • 営業課は現在11名が在籍(うち3名アシスタント)。

上司や経営層とも距離が近く、

アドバイスや考え⽅を吸収して成⻑しやすい環境です。

業務上の裁量も⼤きく、のびのびとした働き⽅ができます。

  • 営業ごとのノルマはなく、

リリースしたゲームの売れ⾏きに応じて

報奨⾦を⽀給する場合もあります。

基本的に⼀つのタイトルを全員で分担しながら担当し、

チームとして全員で企画を進めていきます。
